If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!As a QEHS Specialist, you will be part of a committed team where your contributions will be essential in maintaining the highest standards in quality, environment, health, and safety. Your work will directly impact the continuous improvement of our processes and help ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations.You will have the opportunity to manage internal audits, engage with process owners, and support the development of safety-related initiatives throughout the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will collaborate closely with the organization to strengthen our QEHS setup, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.You will be encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas and actively contribute to shaping safety practices and standards across the division.Responsibilities you can look forward to:

  • Facilitate management reviews and lead external audits in IATF 16949 and Manufacturing Process Audits.
  • Drive process improvements with internal process owners and ensure the continuous optimization of our QEHS practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage follow-up actions on nonconformities.
  • Lead internal audits for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and prepare safety-related campaigns and training for employees.
  • Support the Health & Safety organization in target setting and improvement planning.

Background & SkillsWe are looking for a candidate with solid expertise in quality, environment, health, and safety standards, supported by relevant experience in an industrial setting. An engineering background with relevant experience is an advantage.To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Several years of experience within the QEHS field, ideally in an industrial company.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
