As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our international headquarters in North Holland, your primary focus will be attracting talent that aligns with our international brand. You will represent Action in the job market and ensure that we bring in top candidates who fit our ambitious goals.This is your daily actionAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the entire recruitment process for one or more departments. One moment you’ll be sourcing candidates through talent pools you’ve established on LinkedIn, and the next, you’ll be discussing new vacancies with a hiring manager or reviewing upcoming vacancies with the HR business partner.You will coordinate the use of various media channels and create engaging online content for your target audience, such as testimonials and videos. Additionally, you’ll conduct interviews and ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Once you’ve found the right talent, you’ll make them an attractive offer and ensure a smooth onboarding process.At Action, collaboration is key. You will form a strategic triad with HR business partners and hiring managers. You will also work within the HR team, which includes a Recruitment Manager, a Recruitment Operations Specialist, six Recruiters, and a Recruitment Coordinator. With your strategic insight, you are the reliable sparring partner for the HR business partner and line management. Thanks to your good sense of stakeholder management, you can build up a solid network in no time and be a familiar face for work relationships.In addition:
- Hbo/Bachelor level
- Must have: at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience of hiring for the Netherlands or/and for Dutch companies is a must
- An excellent verbal and written command of English
