Position: Channel Sales Manager EMEA – Industrial Imaging Sector
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to join a leading global company in the medical and industrial imaging sectors. The role is aimed at an experienced professional in channel management, who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) sector-a highly specialized field involving advanced radiographic imaging technologies for the inspection of industrial structures in sectors such as aerospace, petrochemical, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Strategy Development and Implementation: Define and execute an effective sales strategy aligned with corporate goals, working closely with partners to optimize sales planning.
* Partner Relationship Management: Collaborate with distributors and regional partners to achieve sales targets by providing training, coaching, and educational programs.
* Sales and Revenue Optimization: Monitor performance, identify critical issues, and implement solutions to improve results and maximize ROI.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and support new product launches.
* Project Management and Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to corporate standards, industry regulations, and local laws.
Requirements:
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), or related disciplines. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
* Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or business development, with a proven track record in managing distribution networks, preferably in the industrial or technology sectors.
* Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, team management, and proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Office). Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Travel: Availability to travel frequently for meetings with distributors and clients, as well as to attend industry events. Travel will account for approximately 40-50% of the time.
* Preferred Candidate Location: Europe
