- acting as a super user for the IFRS16 solution, addressing PLANON usage questions and resolving challenges with stakeholders
- performing mass uploads of contracts, master data (vendors, customers, cost elements), and group master data (e.g., FX rates, discount rates) for operating companies
- supporting lease accounting queries and incident resolution in collaboration with the PLANON and Service Now support teams
- assisting in regular testing of new PLANON releases and supporting deployment activities for OpCos when applicable
- managing process KPIs, preparing reports, and conducting data cleansing activities
- creating and maintaining process documentation
- participating in product backlog activities and daily stand-ups as part of the product team
- acting as a backup for the team leader and coordinating tasks when necessary.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- dexcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- a solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, especially PtP and RtR, and the ability to foresee impacts beyond your area of expertise
- technical knowledge of posting manual journal entries and the ability to identify and explain posting errors
- a fast-learning attitude towards complex accounting tools and the ability to understand process flows and system interfaces
- the ability to work under time pressure and deliver within tight timelines
- proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
You’re a perfect candidate if you also have:
- knowledge of IFRS standards and lease accounting tools like PLANON
- experience with financial reporting, tool implementation, and testing phases
- familiariarity with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, JDE, SAP) and Agile environments
- knowledge of Service Now, Teams, and SharePoint.
