Offer DescriptionWho are we looking for ?The Sustainable Artificial Intelligence research unit is looking for interested candidates in a research position to work with our team in sustainable and low complex machine learning algorithms, energy-aware optimization of distributed systems. Mainly we are looking for skills in machine learning with emphasis on unsupervised learning and clustering. However, even if you do not meet this requirement you are encouraged to apply (see the Qualifications and Experience section). This position is linked to the project PCI2021-122043-2A, funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by EU “NextGenerationEU”/PRTR”.What do we offer? :

• We offer a temporary contract (end of contract December 2025)

Qualifications and Experience

• We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic person, aiming at significantly improving his or her career perspectives in both public and private sectors.

• Required qualification/skills/experience:

– MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Telecommunications or related fields (Y/N)– knowledge in machine learning theory (10 points)– knowledge in unsupervised learning algorithms (10 points)– knowledge in clustering algorithms (8 points)– previous experience in energy-related measurements (5 points)

• Other skills that are valuable, but not mandatory are:
