We are looking for a Sr Space Planner to join the team at ExxonMobil Antwerp. The candidate has a good knowledge Dutch and English.

This position provides services to all Antwerp refinery tenants.

Standard activities set according to E&PS SLG and Nuvolo are very challenging due to the complex nature of business at Antwerp Refinery

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Facility Manager.

Main objectives lie within:

  • Administrator of the Nuvolo program:

  • Asset Tracking

  • Coordinating Job plans and having them implemented. (CL1, CL2 and other)

  • Maintaining Floorplans

  • Space planning

  • Coordinating tickets and assigning them to the right contractor / handymen

  • Maintaining Nuvolo manuals (for backup)

  • Checking that tickets are closed on time (KPI) or postponed

  • Coordinate moves according to business needs

  • Coordinate Space Validation with Business Lines

  • Maintain Nuvolo database

  • Provide Nuvolo training to tenants and colleagues

  • Maintain regular communications to tenants with regards to system updates

  • Assistance with assigned E&PS projects

  • Perform regular contractor safety evaluation

  • CBRE Logbook controls. In cooperation with HS team, ensuring that the correct documents are stored. (controls calendar)

  • Service vouchers

  • Inspection reports

  • VCA certificates

  • Authorized persons registration

  • Inspection schedules various parts

  • Keeping track of contractors’ JLAs

  • LMRA conversations with third parties and logging them

  • Keeping StaVaZa’s list up-to-date

  • Report hazards to QHSE coordinator

  • Identify LAI activities

  • CBRE and EM training / taking courses on time in Career Connect and Talent Coach

  • Drafting and circulating communications to Esso employees during malfunctions, incidents and work with some risk

  • Participating in relevant courses, training and toolboxes

  • Provide Nuvolo tickets so the team in order to create the day/week planning

  • Coaching of 2 handyman’s

Required skills:

  • Build up knowledge and practical skills related to EM organization and eMerge on the job: E&PS SLG processes and procedures, understand and implement eMerge database

  • Practical knowledge of Windows Office

  • Team player (colleagues CBRE coordinators)

  • Team leader (guidance to tenants)

  • Organizes own work and priorities within agreed objectives

  • Problem solver, with good feeling for realistic and simple solutions

  • Good communicator to all levels of the local organization

  • Attitude: stress-resistant, flexible, open for new challenges, eager to learn

  • Languages: Dutch, English and French (optional)
