The successful candidate will support the credit/collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables and credit processes while maintaining strong relationships with our global customers. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in finance and collections within a dynamic and global environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the collections process to ensure timely and effective recovery of outstanding receivables and credit extensions for a specific portfolio of customers.
  • Identify accounts which may present a business credit risk or may require a credit hold.
  • Communicate with global customers to resolve payment issues and disputes professionally and efficiently via email and calls.
  • Accurately enter and maintain collections data and customer specific data.
  • Ensure all collections activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports on collections performance for management review.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
