Job Title: Senior Planning Consultant | Planning Consultant

I am working on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading independent Town Planning consultancies, which is seeking to grow its team in Belfast. This established firm has a strong reputation for delivering strategic, commercially focused planning advice across a wide range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and leisure.

They are looking for talented professionals to join their team as a Senior Planning Consultant and a Planning Consultant.

About the Roles

Senior Planning Consultant

* Qualifications: An IPI or RTPI-accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.
* Experience: At least 5 years of postgraduate professional experience in Ireland.

Planning Consultant

* Qualifications: An IPI or RTPI-accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.
* Experience: 2-3 years of postgraduate professional experience in Ireland is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing your own projects, including planning applications, appeals, appraisals, and development plan submissions.
* Conducting research and playing an active role in all aspects of the consultancy.
* Supporting the delivery of high-quality planning solutions across a variety of sectors.
