In this role, you will guide learners in developing professional skills and behaviours, ensuring they meet course requirements and industry standards. You will assist with securing placements, conduct regular progress visits, and deliver high-quality training and assessment both in the workplace and at the College.Key responsibilities include planning and delivering assessment activities, supporting skills development, maintaining accurate learner records, and collaborating with employers and internal teams to maximize learner success. You will also ensure placements meet health and safety requirements and work closely with learners to achieve timely completion of assessments and qualifications.We’re seeking a motivated professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, and access to travel within the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire area.
