Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive Project Management professional to assist our Connected Ecosystem team in delivering innovative projects. This role will support teams in the end-to-end delivery of projects related to new features of our applications and other initiatives, managing deployments in new markets, and coordinating pilots for new product categories. You will collaborate closely with multiple partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of consumer-connected devices, technology systems contributing to the delivery of world-class digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of Connected Ecosystem projects, including new app features, pilots, market launches, and other innovative product initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes around design, development, and testing to enhance digital service offerings across different markets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of project scope.
- Assist in managing project dependencies across various workstreams to align with product roadmaps and market rollout plans.
- Facilitate effective collaboration in software development processes with teams such as R&D, legal, brand marketing, and program management.
- Monitor project progress, report risks, and proactively address any issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to the optimization of ways of working within the team and broader organization.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial project manager experience
- A proven track record in leading complex digital marketing or product management projects, involving multiple partners across different time zones.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development.
- Strong ability to lead teams in remote locations and navigate cultural differences.
- Significant experience with global product management, market roll-outs, and working in regulated industries such as FMCG.
- Familiarity with disruptive technologies and modern digital ecosystems, including IoT platforms, eCommerce, CRM, and customer care systems.
- University degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, CRM, CMS, ADO, and connected products (IoT) is essential.
- This role requires on-site presence for up to 2 days in Warsaw – 6-7 visits per year
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and testing methodologies.
- Experience in scaling and commercializing digital consumer-facing products.
- Familiarity with world-class FMCG and data-driven organizations.
