Then keep on reading!Our Tribe – Core Financing PlatformOur Tribe’s mission is to deliver core lending and lifecycle services for mortgage and bank loans across all markets and customer types, which means that we have full responsibility for solutions that is handling financing across the Nordics. We also support the bank and other Tribes with new loan products, process changes and services to enable the banks strategy and an even better customer experience.We work in agile squads, and you will play a vital role within your squad. You serve as a “player & coach,” spending approximately 30% of your time leading your Chapter, and the remaining 70% as a doer in a Squad delivering value by completing work.What to expectAs Chapter Lead, you will act as the HR manager for a team of skilled Business Analysts. You will be responsible for their professional and personal development, including conducting performance reviews, training, and recruitment. Additionally, you will contribute to the Chapter Lead forum across the tribe.You will be working in an environment where we take the agile mindset seriously and where you have the possibility to make a difference. Your daily work will consist of:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify requirements and translating business needs into clear objectives.
- Challenging existing practices.
- Providing domain knowledge to the development team.
- Testing and facilitation of workshops.
- Analysis of problems, project management, and much more.
