Your work will involve shaping branding and communication strategies that highlight the strengths of each team, enabling us to attract top talent and build well-rounded teams. A significant part of your role will include leading recruitment efforts for IT and other critical positions, ensuring that we use the most effective channels to find the right individuals.Beyond recruitment, you will focus on promoting staff happiness and satisfaction, working to foster a positive and supportive environment. This will include managing relationships with sourcing providers for temporary external staffing and supporting the implementation of PTBA’s HR strategy, which emphasizes attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.Your role will also involve overseeing and continuously improving PTBA’s internal people processes and governance. You will guide managers and employees throughout the talent management cycle, ensuring a structured approach to evaluations, career discussions, and personal development. In addition, you will help organize relevant training programs and facilitate team cohesion to enhance overall performance and morale.As the HR Business Partner, you will be the trusted point of contact for all managers and employees, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with our values and objectives.
