As such, we are growing our teams in our target geographies, in particular our teams in Malaga. In support of this we are seeking a Programme Manager in Malaga. This person will also take on additional responsibilities as Regional Site Lead for Malaga.You will be responsible for
- As Programme Manager, running a programme or portfolio of client projects for clients within EMEA
- As Regional Site Lead (Malaga), fostering a positive work environment through embodying of Quantexa values as the regional ambassador
Our EMEA delivery team supports our clients and partners with their implementation of the Quantexa platform from EMEA. The team is based in three primary offices in London, Malaga and Brussels. Frequently these client teams are globally distributed based upon our clients’ global nature. All client project work takes place under the guidance of one of our Delivery Managers in EMEA. Our smaller projects will have a Technical Project Manager assigned. Larger programmes or portfolios of projects will be assigned a Programme Manager.Our projects all follow agile principles and structure. As our projects increase in size and complexity we are adopting “agile at scale” methodology to co-ordinate and describe the interactions between multiple scrum teams and to manage the overarching delivery and release plan across multiple stakeholders.Malaga is our EMEA Centre of Excellence. Opened in 2022, we have grown the office to 36 heads, with plans to continue growth in line with client demand. Initially staffed with colleagues from Delivery, the office now plays host to teams from the GTM, Operations, R&D and Delivery departments. Further departmental expansion is expected including a representative from the People team. NB line management of individuals in each department remains within that department, this role is focussed upon the office culture, staff wellbeing and local representation.What you’ll be doing.As Programme Manager:
- You will lead a portfolio of projects and/or programmes for global clients. A Quantexa programme is where our clients have invested in a platform that uses Quantexa for multiple business purposes and therefore has multiple interdependent projects.
- You’ll drive successful outcomes – delivering programmes in the most optimal way to realise maximum value to our clients.
- You will take full ownership of your portfolio, putting your arms around all aspects, actively mitigating risks and issues, driving high standards of quality and best practice, and being in full control of the costs, timelines and scope.
- You will manage the commercial aspects of your projects and programmes, ensuring appropriate contractual cover is in place, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective utilisation of people and resources.
- You will work under the guidance of one or more of the four EMEA Delivery Managers (depending upon assignment), but work with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision, seeking and knowing when to engage the Delivery Managers for support leading a programme or portfolio of projects to one or more global clients
- You’ll lead and manage the delivery teams engaged across your projects portfolio and ensuring their wellbeing and continued effectiveness
- You will work with relevant partners and partner staff engaged on your projects to develop their skillsets and enhance the partner capabilities
- You’ll be working alongside our GTM teams to manage the overall client relationship including identifying new opportunities and forecasting ongoing project demand
- You will drive continuous improvement across your delivery projects and feeding back process improvements to wider delivery teams and where appropriate identifying improvements to feedback to our Product and R&D teams
As Regional Site Lead (Malaga)
- You will be tasked with fostering a positive work environment through embodying of Quantexa values as the regional ambassador
- You will support a number of internal processes such as hiring, employee well-being, staff mentoring, overseeing hybrid working policies and headcount management and be the point of contact for facility management
- You will lead external engagement locally with partners and the community, networking with local universities and businesses for talent acquisition and corporate profile
RequirementsWhat you’ll bring.
- You have a strong background of complex IT system Programme management and a track record of getting systems live and programmes delivered
- You demonstrate strong client engagement management, for example, gained via a professional services, or a client facing, environment in a technology company, and the ability to deal with senior and challenging stakeholders
- You have the ability to inspire and lead others to a common mission and objective
- You are able to collaborate across multiple teams to drive solutions to complex problems and challenges
- You have ambitious standards matched with a sense of humility and overall, a desire to get the right thing done in the right way
- You’re able to grasp complex concepts and to communicate with clarity and gravitas across a range of subjects
- You will have a high degree of emotional intelligence, leadership, and the ability to effectively listen to employee feedback and address needs.
