You will be responsible for leading activities, people and HSE compliance to a high standard.
You will enjoy opportunities to develop your product knowledge and technical skills in a dynamic, innovative environment.As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer – Centrifugal Compressors, you will be responsible for:Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites.Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions.Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).Display an impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks.Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions.Have excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English.Have an EU Passport or a European Work permit.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. The duration of the work at site and the hours of work at the site will be in line with customer requirements.
