- Offering advice on legal and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Supporting product development and management teams with intellectual property matters.
- Managing corporate governance and overseeing the administration of key agreements and contracts.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, working closely with multiple stakeholders.
- Providing proactive, practical advice and finding solutions that align with business needs.
- Optimizing legal processes, supporting the administration of enviolo’s IP portfolio, and ensuring legal compliance across various aspects of the business.
What we’re looking for:
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and have elite verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills and razor sharp attention to detail
- A strong ability and interest in collecting, optimizing, structuring, analyzing and visualizing data and information
- The ability to craft compelling stories that inspire
- You have an ease to connect and collaborate with people at all levels of an organization
- You are proactive and independent; you see opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and you take them
- You live in or close to Amsterdam and have the legal right to work in the EU (we prefer you to work at least 3 days per week from our HQ office location in Amsterdam).
Required and Desired Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a legal role, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracting.
- Experience in Intellectual Property is a plus.
- Eagerness to provide proactive, practical advice.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Dutch and English.
