We are looking for a person experienced with Aveva PI, to join us as a System Manager.As a System Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining IT systems used across API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) departments in Kalundborg.Your responsibilities will include:
- Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
- Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT systems meet production and external requirements.
- Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field.
- Have worked with Aveva PI.
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in IT system administration or big interest in and a desire to learn about managing IT systems.
- Are curious about risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation (PSE).
- Have knowledge of and experience in the life science industry, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an added advantage.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken is a requirement.
As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges. You enjoy working with documentation and possess a quality mindset. You like to collaborate with stakeholders of different professions, and your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional.About the Department
You will be joining a team of 12 colleagues in the IT Solutions CoE, which is a part of DDIT PS API Production Systems. API IT is responsible for driving IT/OT security and compliance and production IT.
