Our Product Team Content Systems is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our diverse, global team.About usOur team comprises skilled software developers, IT business consultants, and a business-oriented Product Owner, with team members located in Denmark and the Philippines. We’ve been on an agile journey for over four years, continuously improving and evolving our practices. At Grundfos, we are committed to agile development across both software and products, with a robust foundation and a strong focus on growth. Currently, we have 11 teams with around 90 members, and we are expanding.In Content Systems, our vision is to deliver top-tier content management systems that support high-quality customer touchpoints. Our applications are used across various countries and digital services. While we aim for end-to-end responsibility of our products, we also collaborate closely with Operations and other teams.What is the job about?You will be stepping into a Scrum setup, where the organization understands and values the Scrum Master position, and the collaboration with our management is a partnership. From the beginning, investing in an agile setup has been a close collaboration with our Business; all our PO’s are from the business and they come with a deep understanding of their business areas. There is still work to be done in expanding our agile bubble to surrounding areas and stakeholders. As an example of such, we are involved in a large, scaled IT program with a value stream perspective. This will impact the team and department, but we have all the right pieces in place – except you?We need a Scrum Master that embodies the qualities of a Catalyst; someone who can navigate a complexity, drive transformation and promote resilience by removing impediments and promoting continuous improvement. We want to drive innovation and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, which are essential for navigating complex challenges.The Scrum Masters in our department can depend on each other for guidance and discussions to help create a solid agile culture. While in general we are very pragmatic in our daily work, we are also very ambitious. - Have experience with Scrum – and an understanding of agile methods and practices and how to apply them in a team context
- Have experience working as a Scrum Master
- Have great communication skills and the ability to write and speak English effortlessly
