You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a dedicated and creative team, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.As a key player in managing the technical contractual scope of our ambitious Danish rail network upgrade, you will ensure that quality, cost, performance, and schedule commitments are met with precision. On a daily basis, you will interact with teams across the organization (from industrialization to installation and commissioning), guiding technical design and risk mitigation efforts while contributing your insights.In this role, you will specifically manage customer acceptance of project solutions, oversee Verification & Validation activities, ensure compliance with local regulations, and take the lead in nurturing our project engineering team. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating an empowering atmosphere that encourages collaboration and innovation.We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the project’s technical risks and mitigation plans
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager on scope evolution and variation orders
  • Validating technical design choices with peers and the Solution Director
  • Ensuring all technical requirements are addressed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leading the Project Change Control Board (CCB)
  • Providing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and verifying the Project Safety Case

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific subjects
  • An engineering background with a comprehensive perspective on the project deployment lifecycle
  • Experience in functional or hierarchical team management
  • Cost and planning control experience within engineering scopes
  • Proven expertise in customer relationship management in contractual contexts
  • A certification in project management is advantageous
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
