  • Adhere and contribute to the Eurofins global standardised practice in terms of the process documentation, more specifically related to the ARP (Annual Review Process)Tool and/or process import and maintenance of the data in the ARP tool (master data and employee data);
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of the data and related calculations through computing, reviewing and extracting of the data and/or performing other compliance checks and ad-hoc analysis;
  • Analyse and resolve ARP tool or data issues and their root causes, if needed seek technical IT support to ensure identified issues do not re-occur;
  • Answer daily queries and tickets within pre-agreed timelines/quality standards;
  • Write business requirements for system enhancements as per Leadership instructions and/or users’ feedback.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business with an excellent academic track record;
  • Analytical with attention to detail with proven interest (or previous experience) around data analysis, compensation and benefits or economics;
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint;
  • positive forward-looking mind-set with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing deadlines and take initiative;
  • Confident with handling confidential and sensitive information;
  • Strong command of written and spoken English;
  • A team player and proactive with strong work ethics;
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
