Trustpair raised 20 million euros to accelerate international growth, and equip finance leaders with the tools needed to tackle sophisticated fraud tactics such as AI, deepfakes, cyber attacks, and more.About the role:Trustpair is searching for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our talented team. Working with our Evaluations team, you’ll set the strategy and roadmap for our product, taking ownership from conception to launch.Our Product Managers collaborate with several teams at Trustpair, from our Cofounders to Engineering to Revenue. As a Lead PM, you’ll manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment as we continue to build the market-leading solution in vendor fraud prevention.What you’ll do:Product Vision & Roadmap Execution
- Build a solid vision to remain relevant in an ever evolving fraud landscape and convey this to company senior leadership
- Develop and maintain a product plan aligned with strategic goals and a focus business value
- Collect requirements from clients, internal teams and other stakeholders
- Define feature specifications (user and data flows, sample dataset, prototypes etc)
- Ensure technical feasibility and optimization with the Engineering & Data teams
- Define what success looks like and drive your execution plan autonomously
- Be a subject matter expert in third party risk management both internally and externally
- Build and nurture a strategic product which meets our clients needs and user pain points
Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Manage a PM, providing guidance, mentorship and support
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to gather input and align on product goals
- Meet with clients to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs
- Take a high level approach in situations of ambiguity, align stakeholders and ensure resolution
- Provide updates to senior leadership on progress, roadblocks, and key metrics

- At least 7 years of experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS (you’ve worked with a technical product and are familiar with API’s etc)
- Previous experience in managing individual contributors
- You’re an excellent communicator who can build a compelling vision for the team and share internally and externally
- Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Productboard) for backlog prioritization, roadmap development and data analysis
- Strong ability to empathize with international clients to build a global product that scales across key geographies
- Passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences
- You speak English fluently
- Expertise in risk management and leveraging AI to counter fraud is a plus
