In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, risk assessments, and business continuity planning for our clients across the Nordic region and occasionally abroad. We have a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remotely basis.We will rely on you to:– Perform detailed site surveys to identify and describe property risks, fire safety, and business operations for insurance purposes– Conduct business impact analyses to assess potential financial losses and develop business continuity plans– Collaborate closely with insurance brokers to present risk information and help secure appropriate coverage for clients– Provide consultative advice to clients on risk mitigation strategies and loss preventionWhat you need to have:– Consultancy background, ideally from a broking firm, engineering consultancy, or fire safety consultancy– Strong understanding of property risk management and business interruption exposures– Excellent analytical and report writing skills– Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel– Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across the Nordic countries– Fluency in English, additional Nordic language skills preferred– 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar risk consulting roleAs a person, you are professionally ambitious, service-minded, structured, detail-oriented and take responsibility for your tasks. You are accustomed to working independently and also thrive as part of a professional team, where you collaborate with your colleagues to find optimal solutions for our clients.
