This is the ideal opportunity to join us and be part of our commitment to the health of others.Within this role you will be part of the Deliver organization, supporting our largest distribution center in EMEA to serve our customers with a great performance. Within this role, you are responsible for Warehouse Management activities, developing and implementing processes to ensure internal and external requirements are met. This incorporates the cycle count process, Non-conform product handling and a strong focus on scrap reduction. You will become the expert on the Warehouse Management process, supported by the EMEA Process Owner. You will also participate in (global) projects to improve processes and implements them into our process. You are able to engage teams with change management.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Monitor and observe processes – Identify bottlenecks, risks and waste in Warehouse Management
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and supports audits
- Provide operational support and identify/fix structural/recurring issues
- Identify major areas of opportunity using analytical tools and techniques
- Initiate and contribute to improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
- Define and maintain Performance Indicators
- Ensure Product Hold process is executed as per instructions by internal and external teams
- Translate global projects into local (documented) and ensure successful implementation
- Follow up on aging non-conform products
- Become expert on Product Complaint Handling process and improve process
- Take ownership on DC wide initiatives like training, workgroups and initiatives
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Logistics operational environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English language in word and writing
- Analytical skills
- SAP – ERP Experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong change management skills
- Fluent in English language in word and writing
- Warehouse Management experience is a strong plus
