Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Senior Software Test Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for the quality of solutions developed and deployed to customers of our suite of digital solutions.This position is a part of the Automation, Digital, and Learning (ADL) business unit within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions (BIS) OpCo located in Krakow, Poland and will be onsite position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do:Perform testing of web applications and APIs in cloud services (AWS).Design and develop test automation, tools, and procedures for designated feature areas with tools including TypeScript (Jest, Vite, Testing library, Playwright), and Postman.Analyse business requirements and develop test plans and test cases based on business objectives.Report clear, detailed, and well-documented bugs in JIRA and track through to closure.Support the engineering and QA teams in the troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues.Who you are:Five plus (5) years of relevant automation and manual testing experience with at least 3 years of recent automation experience.Clear understanding and experience with Agile Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle and Testing process.Extensive experience with software development tools such as requirement tracking (Jira, Rally), defect tracking (Jira), source control (GitHub), IDE (IntelliJ IDEA).Programming skill in any programming language, especially Java, JavaScript/TypeScript experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Applying engineering excellence through automation and process improvements.Troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Team City, Jenkins).Join our winning team today.
