You must ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the desired results. The role exemplifies our values through their daily activity, focusing on customer success, innovation, and crafting a positive team environment.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Handle, in accordance with the agreed baseline, the requested tasks to achieve project goals.
• Define and manage the project organization and the project team resources.
• Handle the economic and financial aspects of the project with the support of the finance counterpart.
• Handle customer concerns promptly to ensure critical aspects are resolved.
• Interface all the business involved in the project.
• Preparation and management of EHS aspects for construction site entrances.

What You Bring

• minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Specific knowledge of High-Medium Voltage and Electrical Substations.
• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using project management tools.
• Proficiency level of written and spoken English.
• Ability to optimally connect with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers.
• Able to negotiate with partners to reach agreements and resolve conflicts, ensuring that project objectives are aligned with customer expectations.
• Adaptability to different plants and site environments, with good emotional intelligence and social skills to lead and understand the different personalities that may be encountered during activities (customers, suppliers and technicians).
