To support their continued growth, they are looking to hire an HR Generalist with 1-2 years of experience to join their HR team.
Position Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will support the HR department in a variety of administrative and strategic activities. Your role will involve recruitment, employee relations, training initiatives, and HR reporting, all aimed at ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function. Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to supporting new employee onboarding.
* Employee Relations: Handle employee queries and provide assistance in resolving HR-related issues, promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Training & Development: Help coordinate and support training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
* HR Administration: Manage HR records, support payroll processing, and assist with other administrative tasks related to the HR function.
* Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while assisting in the development and communication of HR procedures.
* HR Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics to help improve organizational efficiency and decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within an international or fast-paced company.
* Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all organizational levels.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
