Education and qualifications:Required:
- FP2 or equivalent
Experience and knowledge:Required:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (especially in Access).
- Good communication skills and fluency in reading and writing English.
- Proactive, dynamic and outstanding organisational skills are required.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Management of an internal database (Microsoft Access)
- Control and data entry using different software platforms
- Management and maintenance of Moodle platform
- Management and updating of Curriculums with normalized Fecyt format
- Copying, scanning and storing documents
- Writing and sending emails / letters
Labour conditions:
- Full time position (40h/week).
- Length of the contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
- Starting date: 1/1/ 2025
- Gross annual salary: 20.500 €
