Are you passionate about creating exceptional first impressions, managing a team, and ensuring operations run smoothly? Sulzer, a global leader in fluid engineering, is looking for a talented Executive Administrator to be the face of our Leeds site. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the admin team, deliver outstanding customer service, and provide key support to our Senior Leadership Team.

As the Executive Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, shaping their experience with Sulzer. You’ll manage the reception area, fostering a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and the wider leadership teams within Sulzer.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations and effective workflows.

  • Welcoming visitors with professionalism, handling incoming calls, and addressing customer enquiries efficiently.

  • Managing business systems like SAP, Concur, and Egencia, as well as producing reports using Microsoft Office.

  • Coordinating meeting rooms and facilities, including maintaining the 1846 suite and Board Room.

  • Supporting wellbeing initiatives, processing post, organising visitor logistics, and managing parking permits.

  • Providing diary management and support for internal meetings and workshops, liaising with senior stakeholders.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need;

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to change and act independently.

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or assistant role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
