This comprehensive perspective on risk, coupled with our capacity to transfer risks to capital markets via catastrophe bonds, positions us to significantly contribute to enhanced climate mitigation, resilience, and equity.And we need you.We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and provide essential support in HR documentation, compliance, processes, operational excellence, administration, as well as event and travel coordination. You’ll work closely with the HR Generalist, Head of HR, and Labour Consultants, ensuring that employee records are accurate, policies are followed, and onboarding and offboarding processes run smoothly. You’ll be the glue of all HR functions, empowering growth and a positive employee experience for all Mitigators!Who You Are:You are an energetic, organised, and detail-oriented professional who values collaboration and enjoys creating a positive experience for others. If you’re excited to play a key role in our HR function, we’d love to get to know you!Key Responsibilities:HR Administration: Organise and maintain employee records, ensuring all documents and systems are actively updated and meet policy requirements.People Operations: You will support in the maintenance and optimisation of various Human Resources and Talent Acquisition tools and systems to ensure effective work methodology and encourage automation and alignment within the function.HR Support: Assist HR & TA functions with a range of administrative tasks, from contract management, onboarding / offboarding coordination, event and travel management and calendar scheduling.Compliance: Support the HR function in upholding compliance through company policies, reporting and legal requirements, assisting with record-keeping and audits as needed.Employee Support: Oversight of the HR communication channels, supporting our HR Generalist to identify and prioritise employee needs. Action and support employees directly when required.HR Communications: Support our HR Generalist in building engaging company communications, presentations, announcements or providing information surrounding exceptional requests.Data Management: Enter and update HR data accurately within internal systems, maintaining confidentiality.Qualifications and Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar or equivalent relevant experienceExperience: 1-2 years in HR or administrative support preferredSkills:Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with HRIS systemsExperience in building engaging proposals, communications or campaigns is a plusStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesFriendly and clear communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and high accuracyAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrityFluency in English is a must.
