Program Manager, Global People Development
Is planning, organizing, and managing practical aspects of learning events and/or programs a career that fills you with passion and excitement? Are you excited to not only coordinate, but also deeply understand and promote learning via communication campaigns in internal and external media channels? Do you have relevant experience and would like to become part of a vibrant, motivated team with ambitious plans? Then you might be the Global People Development (GPD) colleague that we are looking for!
Your new role
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join us in streamlining all processes related to planning, coordinating, executing, and communicating GPD programs and deliveries.
Your key ongoing priorities will include:
-Planning, coordinating, and supporting execution of programs, taking ownership of practical aspects and tasks to set the GPD team for effective delivery.
-Communicating with participants on practicalities before and after the programs, including being the primary owner of GPD mailbox.
-Collaborating with external vendors to ensure execution of programs, selecting new vendors, if required.
-Coordinating all financial aspects related to events and programs, including input to budgeting, vendor communications, invoice management, and expense tracking to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
-Developing timelines and managing resources, i.e. coordinating ongoing task lists of GPD student assistants, to ensure all deadlines are met.
-Monitoring the progress of programs, preparing materials on ROI of learning deliveries, conducting evaluations of deliveries following events to assess effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
-Developing and managing communication related to GPD activities, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external media platforms. Creating engaging presentations and materials to effectively convey program objectives and outcomes.
This role requires great communications skills, creativity, ability to work collaboratively internally and externally and project management mindset. In this role, you will become a natural “go-to” person for both GPD team and vendors.
