We are committed to providing a professional, customer focused service to a diverse range of people.We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and driven individual to work as part of the Residences Management Team, assisting the Residences Manager, in the management of university accommodation, including the direction and management of staff.This is a full time, open ended post, 35 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday.Salary: £24,600 – £25,433 per annum (Grade 3).Package includes 32 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays, as well as access to a range of staff discounts.Please note this role requires you to be based on campus.Benefits – we offer a leading and rewarding staff benefits package:

  • Deal with a range of enquires from internal and external customers in a professional manner, establishing their requirements and adapting the standard responses accordingly.
  • To contribute to the success of the team, leading others through example, and supporting the supervision and management of the team.
  • To ensure the achievement of high standards of residences service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with welfare matters, signposting to other sources of support and assistance where required.
  • Ensure efficient and effective communication with residents.
  • To assist in managing planned and reactive site maintenance.
  • Investigate damage charges and invoice accordingly in line with relevant policies and procedures.
