Job Title: Town Planner / Senior Planner
Location: Dublin City Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for ambitious Town Planners and Senior Planners to join one of Ireland’s leading planning consultancies. Based in Dublin city centre, this consultancy is renowned for its expertise in Ireland’s planning system and its track record of securing approvals for large-scale, complex developments.

About the Role:
You will work on a variety of high-profile projects, including:

* Large-scale housing developments.
* Urban regeneration strategies.
* Infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
* Masterplans, statutory Development Plans, and Local Area Plans.
* Commercial, industrial, and data centre developments.

This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with Irish and multi-national clients while contributing to projects that shape the future of planning in Ireland.

What You’ll Need:

* A post-graduate degree accredited by the Irish Planning Institute and/or the Royal Town Planning Institute.
* Membership with the Irish Planning Institute or Royal Town Planning Institute.
* Proven experience preparing and lodging planning applications, appeals, and submissions.
* Strong report writing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
