Your Role
As the Regional Country Head, you will take ownership of strategic and operational leadership for the Nordics and Baltics. Key responsibilities include:

* Shaping and executing a strategic plan aligned with broader European objectives.
* Driving financial performance to achieve EBITDA targets and optimize cash flow.
* Building strong relationships with customers and distributors to maximize the value of the company’s product portfolio.
* Developing annual sales budgets and contributing to long-term planning.
* Collaborating with supply chain, marketing, and R&D teams to foster innovation and streamline operations.
* Leading and inspiring the local team, promoting skill development and performance excellence.
* Establishing strategic partnerships with key accounts and third-party collaborators.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

* A degree in agrochemicals, chemistry, business economics, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in general management or senior sales leadership within an international environment withhin the Crop Protection sector.
* Proven success in leading teams and delivering commercial growth in competitive markets.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in strategic planning and project execution.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging at an executive level.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a talent for team building and collaboration.

The Details

* Reporting to: Head of Northwest Europe.
* Travel: Approximately 20% across the Nordics and Baltics.
* Contract: Full-time, permanent.
* Compensation: Competitive package with opportunities for professional development in a stable, expanding organization.
