PURPOSE:Delivers on customer and business requirements within the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) arena with reference to EDD Product Market fit.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Knowledge Manager leading on EDD Reports with reference to content, methodology, guidelines and format
- Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other ongoing project work
- Coordinates and reviews the work of EDD Analysts, improving their knowledge and helping to train and develop
- Delivers to EDD customer / business requirements, adhering to quality metrics set and performs analysis whilst applying the understanding of financial content, languages, and customers
- Leads in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues
- Understands, documents and communicates End to End data flows for relevant content from source to product
- Implements process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Understands financial markets, instruments and concepts and demonstrates hands-on knowledge of the organisation’s industry and risks associated.
- Communicates with transparency and precision, communicating sophisticated / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.
- Controls and structures use of time to most effectively accomplish work, projects and goals.
- Shows strength with Microsoft® and other company supported applications, applying templates and standards to produce elements and incorporate
- them into presentations, and to deliver on key role responsibilities.
- Demonstrates understanding and expertise across multiple data sets and/or systems, financial/risk content and related supplier to customer to end workflow.
- Understands the risk and compliance industry and how the data collected within the group helps clients meet their regulatory requirements.
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while providing detailed transactions, services and products, manages monetary assets and other resources to optimise cost effectiveness.
