Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL SPECIALISTLa risorsa avrà lo scopo primario di garantire il buon funzionamento degli impianti, delle macchine e delle attrezzature dello stabilimento sotto il profilo meccanico, in coerenza con le politiche aziendali e nel rispetto delle procedure e delle norme vigenti in materia. Dovrà, inoltre, assicurare il tempestivo ed accurato intervento per tutte le attività quotidiane e generiche di manutenzione al fine di garantire una costante, omogenea e regolare attività delle macchine all’interno dello stabilimento.Attività previste:

• manutenzione e riparazione di impianti, prese a terra ed attrezzature;
• installazione, riadattamento, avviamento e operazioni di analisi del guasto per macchinari e strumenti;
• ispezioni, controlli, diagnosi su difetti di macchinari, strumenti o attrezzature;
• riparazione, assemblamento e taratura macchinari, strumenti o attrezzature difettose;
• taratura dei pezzi di ricambio e parti di macchinari nel rispetto delle specifiche di sistema o dell’hardware.
• interventi a seguito della chiama da parte del capo turno (guasti, funzionamenti non corretti, rottura delle sicurezze, ecc..).
• ispezioni volte a verificare il funzionamento delle linee di produzione e ad evidenziare, in un apposito report presentato al proprio responsabile, migliorie ed interventi programmabili al fine di migliorare i piani di lavoro a linea ferma.

• Proattività nella risoluzione delle problematiche e nella proposta di soluzioni alternative
• Saper gestire la pressione in momenti di stress

Requisiti preferenziali

• Conoscenze di base di Oleodinamica, Pneumatica e Meccanica;
• Conoscere ed utilizzare (anche in maniera elementare) le principali tecniche di saldatura a filo ed elettrodo;
• Capacità di utilizzo di macchine utensili
• Conoscere e saper utilizzare i principali sistemi di misurazione utilizzati in meccanica (metro, calibro, Micrometro, ecc..);
• Conoscere la tipologia degli attrezzi di lavoro utilizzati in meccanica;
• Conoscere le unità di misura delle principali grandezze fisiche come: Pressione, Temperatura, ecc.;
• Conoscere la tipologia di filettature e bulloneria in genere;
• Capacità nella ricerca guasti;
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
