At DSV, the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Change Manager in our office in Hedehusene.EDP – A Key Initiative to Centralize All Data at DSVYou will be part of a new initiative to centralize our data at an enterprise level. The EDP treats data as an asset and product, ensuring high-quality data is available reliably and timely. This initiative will unlock AI and advanced analytics potential, driving standardization, optimization, and improvements across DSV globally.Curious and Interested in Digital TransformationAs a Senior Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our IT services and solutions. Your focus will be on managing the release process, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring that all releases meet the required standards and criteria. You will work closely with various teams to drive strategic initiatives and support the digital transformation journey driven by the EDP across DSV globally.With a good balance between recurring tasks and innovative, ad hoc assignments, your workday will include:

  • Test Management: Develop and implement test strategies and plans, coordinate end-to-end testing activities, and automate testing processes where applicable.
  • Release Management: Define and implement a structured release process, schedule and track releases, and maintain release documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance best practices, monitor key performance indicators, and advocate for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for testing and release activities, communicate progress and risks, and work closely with DevOps and IT teams.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit readiness.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in testing and release management within a data-centric environment.
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Have strong understanding of Enterprise Data Platforms, data pipelines, and data architecture.
  • Possess hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools for data systems, such as Apache Airflow, Spark, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Are proficient in automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, PyTest, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Are familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
  • Have knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL), data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Have excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Agile, ITIL, or relevant DevOps frameworks are a plus.
