THE GOAL 

The profile should take care of the maintenance of the Company’s Assets, by managing and implementing the technical suppliers portfolio. In addition, they should support the colleagues of the Business Development in the daily activities, strictly connected to the growth process in Italy, finding potential stores introducing our concept as well as with a entrepreneurial mindset find future revenue streams. This will require a respectable technical background, where they can eventually utilise their network.

WHAT YOU DO

Identify and onboard new possible technical suppliers and builders.

Actively search for new opportunities; new retailers

Build and maintain relationships with current builders and technical Suppliers.

meeting and exceeding your targets.

Work with several functions of the business to generate business targets.

WHO YOU ARE

• Previous experience in a similar Business Development position and having industry experience in Food & Beverage or Food Retail would be a huge advantage.
• Operational experience from multisite management in the food industry is an advantage
• You like challenge & are results and business oriented and like to work with numbers.
• You will be a highly organised individual.
• A positive communicator by nature and loves to interact with new contacts, are able to quickly gain trust and influence others.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to work in a fast-growing multicultural environment
• Passion for driving sales
• Fluent in Italian & a good level of English
• Full EU driver’s license.
