Job description

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, employee handbooks, and HR policies and procedures. Ensure all documentation complies with legal and company requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department, including managing employee records, updating databases, and assisting with payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving employee inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and assist in implementing necessary policy changes.

Fluency in English is required|Focus on preparing documents, handling administrative tasks

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Familairity with Dutch or German market would be a strong asset
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on document preparation and administrative tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulation would be an asset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
