Apply today!What to expect?You will take ownership of a key area in the company’s evolution and growth. You will help set the product’s battery storage vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with senior engineering colleagues and other departments. Design and execute the projects that support the roadmap, gather customer and stakeholder insights from across the organization, and coordinate with designers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that your product is delivering an amazing experience for our users.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining strategy and discovering customer needs and problems that can be solved through our products,
- Understanding and adding value for our different types of customers by creating a product backlog that reflects the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap,
- Being the face of the product and the trusted partner of the user as well as communicating results both to internal and external stakeholders and users,
- Focusing on the product’s adoption and the successful realization of product features that solve customers’ problems,
- Balancing and analyzing multiple sources of information,
- Owning key features from discovery to release and usage.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business studies or other relevant fields,
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in the operation & maintenance (O&M), management, performance analysis and/or monitoring of renewable energy assets: battery storage, solar PV or hybrid assets in particular,
- Proven track in energy dispatch and trading,
- Knowledge of business and asset performance metrics definition and usage coupled with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English to convey complex themes both internally and externally.
And if you’ve got these in your back pocket, consider it a bonus:
- Technical or scientific knowledge in battery systems,
- Knowledge of digital storage (and wind or solar) asset performance management tools,
- Background with SaaS products and/or OT/ IT technology,
- Understanding of Agile project management tools such as Azure Devops, Jira, etc.,
- Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications.
