We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. Responsibilities:Your role as Program Operations Assistant will involve:
- Project Management: Support short, medium, and long-term projects related to logistics, planning, and communication with various departments. This includes managing grade releases, syllabi, and other administrative matters.
- Attention to Detail: Handle sensitive information, including grades and ethics committee matters. Compile and organize student data and other program-related information with precision.
- Problem-Solving: Address concerns and queries from faculty and front-office colleagues. Resolve issues related to program management with quick and effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel: Utilize Excel for capturing and recording data, applying shortcuts and formulas, and sorting and filtering information.
- Customer Orientation: Serve as a liaison between professors, internal stakeholders, and occasionally external parties, addressing questions and comments related to program academics, logistics, and administrative tasks.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a collaborative environment, showing a proactive and positive attitude. Display strong organizational skills and a commitment to a multicultural work environment.
