There is never a dull moment with us.Group/Division The Customer Group (CG) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT. They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead worldwide capital equipment and support revenue for large EU based strategic accounts of KLA. This person will collaborate with colleagues and define the strategy and execution for driving the sale of KLA products and services into a range of semiconductor markets.Responsibilities
- Leading a team of sales, services, and technical professionals responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies.
- Working closely with the technical, services and product teams in KLA headquarters and factories to deliver corporate strategies to the field teams.
- Building and managing customer relationships at all levels France, Italy, Benelux and UK.
- Actively participating in talent acquisition, team development, and mentoring activities to ensure continuous improvement of the sales and support channels.
Skills/Experience
- Extensive experience in developing relationships at large, complex global organizations.
- Experience in selling capital equipment into groundbreaking semiconductor customers is a must.
- Deep understanding of technically complex products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience are critical.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or related business, Master’s degree in business or technology preferred
- 10+ years in sales or services, business development, product marketing or product management in semiconductor process control segment
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems especially systems targeted at process control
- 7+ years in a leadership role
- Strategic account management expertise, the ability to lead change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
- Deep knowledge and experience in building complex financial models that create great outcomes for KLA and its customers
- Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally and externally
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
- Success in negotiating sophisticated contracts in competitive situations
- Travel domestically and internationally, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience OR
- Master’s Level Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
