This exciting position is an evolving role intended to support the implementation of back-office transformation activity within the business.As the Operational Hub Lead, you will be responsible for working with the Service back-office team to implement process improvement and alignment across the function. You will leverage your supervisory experience and technical knowledge of Service delivery to enable a linked-up approach between our operational team and our administrative functions.Your key responsibilities will be the following:

  • Work cross functionally with the operations and administration teams to develop efficiencies and best practices for service delivery.
  • Assist with project planning and implementation of new systems roll out. Work with key stakeholders and project co-ordinators to ensure successful completion of project stages.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new systems and processes
  • Day to day management of all back-office functions
  • Coaches team members to ensure operational achievements are met.
  • Provide technical aftersales guidance and support
  • Analyze business data and reports to inform solutions and develop improvements

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within your work area.As a minimum you must have the following:

  • Engineering/Technical University Degree
  • Subject matter expertise in service delivery identifying typical business requirements, challenges, risks and mitigations or solutions.
  • High level of technical competence with relevant experience within a global company in either Engineering or Operations delivery.
  • Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in quality / warranty management
  • Experience leading teams and managing relationship with key customers and stakeholders
