Abbott Endovascular is recruiting an EMEA Marketing Portfolio Manager to be based in the EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
· Operational plan revenue & Divisional Margin achievement
· Achievement of market share goals and value maximization for all product areas
· Effective development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities throughout EMEA
· Brand Differentiation and Value Preservation / Creation
· EMEA marketing lead for input into, and high-level execution of, global strategies across EMEA geography for maximum impact and outcomes
· Geography influencer and monitor of market activities across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with Regions
· Work in close cooperation and influence Countries/Regions to ensure optimal plans execution
· Ensure alignment with global objectives and programs
· Work with the global marketing to develop products and materials that support our strategies
· Link and implement programs together with the Medical Affairs group to create preferential market growth & share attainment
· Provide guidelines for financial planning and forecasting as well as strategic planning exercises
· Monitoring and Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies
· Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure
· Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to AV requirement.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
Educational requirements

University Degree preferred

Marketing planning or other marketing education preferred
Experience
· Minimum 5 years related sales and marketing experience.
· Medical devices, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
· Large Multinational companies experience
· Mature product / business life-cycle management would be advantageous.
