ING Acquisition Finance (AF) is looking to hire an Analyst. This is a challenging opportunity for a dynamic professional to join the AF team in Amsterdam. Acquisition Finance is a core product within WB Lending comprising over 100 high performing individuals across a global platform. It is AF’s defined priority to lead in its home market.Job description:As an Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the financial modelling, structuring of new originated transactions;
- Preparation and efficient processing of internal credit applications;
- Assisting the portfolio team in managing the existing portfolio of AF transactions, process clients’ amendment and waiver requests, preparing of annual credit reviews and achieving internal approvals;
- Assisting to ensure compliance with all with regulatory requirements including performing KYC related tasks;
- Monitoring of market developments and identifying origination opportunities; and
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of marketing pitches.

- Strong credit and financial modelling skills, preferably with a lending or advisory background;
- Ability to identify the key issues (including legal aspects) in transaction structures and propose alternative solutions;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Accuracy and high quality orientation;
- Fluency as well as strong writing skills in English;
- Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment; and
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
