How you’ll help us.Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Total Rewards Manager as part of the role, you’ll:

  • Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Help in preparing, administering, and tracking various compensation programmes, including base salary, incentives, and other reward schemes.
  • Assist in the administration and communication of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programmes.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems related to Total Rewards, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Help ensure that all compensation and benefits programmes are compliant with local laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
  • Assist in various Total Rewards projects, including the annual compensation review process, employee recognition programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

More about you.

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
