The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy in the DACH market. You’ll strategize and actively manage search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others in addition to SEO campaigns. Your goals will be focused on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing online engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, excellent project management skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy Development:Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Manage monthly budget in excess of six figures across all platforms.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Content Creation and Management:Analyze keyword trends relevant to our products, brand, and target audiences to identify valuable opportunities to increase visibility of our content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Metadata reporting, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts.
- Compliance: Ensuring all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SA360, CM360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, Metadata.io, CRM software).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Experience with different smart bidding strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in German and English
- Creative thinking with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
