Working closely with teachers, you will ensure all students have access to a positive and inclusive learning experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with their learning, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
  • Adapt resources and activities to meet individual student needs.
  • Assist teachers in creating a welcoming and productive classroom environment.
  • Promote independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
  • Collaborate with staff to support students with additional learning requirements.

Who You Are

  • Enthusiastic about working with secondary school students and fostering their development.
  • Previous experience in a school or youth setting is a bonus but not essential—your passion and willingness to learn are what count!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
