  • Handle first line inbound and outbound administrative support requests by phone & e-mail in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to curators, judges, the registry, and the prosecutor’s office of the court, as well as companies and private individuals using the digital platforms
  • Providing support to customers on general information questions, general procedure questions, issues on the platforms, user access, and PC configuration.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
  • Your communication skills should be on point for confidently interacting with customers.
  • You are a master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail is your thing, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications.
