Financial AnalystWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of our new CFO, the Finance function is undergoing a transformation to better serve the needs of our growing and increasingly strategic business. This role will offer the Finance Analyst a unique opportunity to shape and influence how Finance best supports our organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Presentation and Communication: Prepare clear and compelling presentations, financial reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives and support business growth.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient financial processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expected salary

€35000 – 45000 per year
