We are committed to reaching net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2040.As a Web Project and Content Authoring Specialist you’ll report to our Digital Marketing Operations leader in Consumer and you will focus your efforts on working in projects and content authoring for our D2C websites. In your day to day you will be working together with a team of experts in different digital marketing areas like web experts, CRM, paid media SEO and CRO experts and insights managers – as well as other D2C stakeholders like design, IT, Consumer Experience, Product management…We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. - Responsible for working together with our Consumer Experience lead defining the roadmap to evolve our D2C websites and our shops
- Working closely with other teams such as Design, IT or product management to ensure we are following our defined roadmap and ensure delivery from the different teams
- Drive continuous improvement on our D2C website, managing web projects and working together with all our web experts, based on learning, insights and consumer data that will lead to a better consumer engagement, conversion and retention
- Maintain awareness of all competitor and industry activity, latest consumer experience trends in digital websites and eCommerce
Your qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a web project manager in e-Commerce (preferably consumer), as well as having experience in content authoring
- Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferably, other CMS can also be fine. Knowledge and experience working with Adobe tools (ie. Adobe Analytics)
- Combination between strategic thinking and hands-on capabilities
- Organized and methodical in setting up strategy and execution. Project management experience. Experience in Agile methodology is desired. Data-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams like design, product management, marcom, digital marketing operations, IT teams.
