As part of our team, you can explore what motivates and energizes your career goals: partnering with our customers, our communities, and each other.Job DescriptionThis is a Solution Engineer role with Elavon, part of U.S. Bank, in the European Professional Services team.The individual will work closely with the sales teams to support the sale of technical and complex products, services and solutions in a consultative way by fully understanding requirements, challenges and aspirations and articulating the value and benefits.Build customer confidence in our company’s technical solutions and address all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Functional responsibilities may include pre-proposal discussions with potential customers either in person or via conference call, developing and delivering customized client proposals, demonstrations and presentations, consulting in technical sales strategy for customers, assisting in proposal preparation and implementation support.RequirementsStrong written and spoken English.Knowledge and experience of acquiring, schemes, gateways, etc., ideally within the PAN EU payment industry landscape.Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Skills\ExperienceDemonstrated consultative, solutions-based selling background and experience in a role such as Solution Engineer, Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales.Experience of working with Enterprise level customers and partners.Ability to articulate solutions to different audiences.Understanding of the principles of a full omnichannel payment solution.High level understanding of API & Integration protocols.Second European language.The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.Benefits:We offer an exciting, fast-paced and diverse working environment with employees of many different nationalities.
